About this game

Play the most-funded game in Kickstarter history anywhere with the Exploding KittensĀ® Official mobile game!

šŸˆšŸ’£

The mobile version of the game is available now, including the Party Pack, Betrayal, Streaking Kittens, and the all new Barking Kittens expansion! Play with friends or strangers in online play, challenge the AI, or play offline with friends face-to-face!

In this highly-strategic, kitty-powered version of Russian Roulette, players draw cards until someone draws an Exploding Kitten, at which point they explode, they are dead, and they are out of tā€‹he game -- unless that player has a Defuse card, which can defuse the Kitten using things like laser pointers, belly rubs, and catnip sandwiches. All of the other cards in the deck are used to move, mitigate, or avoid the Exploding Kittens.

KEY FEATURES:

- Exploding Kittens is a multiplayer card game for people who are into kittens and explosions and laser beams and sometimes goats.

- Play with 2 to 5 players across multiple phones in the same room, or online with friends or strangers

- Featuring original art by The Oatmeal

- New cards exclusive to the digital version of Exploding Kittens

- Digital versions of the hit expansions, including Streaking and Barking Kittens, as well as digital exclusive Betrayal and Party decks

- The digital version of the most backed game in Kickstarter history

Creatā€‹ed by Elan Lee (Xbox, ARGs), Matthew Inman (The Oatmeal), and Shane Small (Xbox, Marvel).

I love playing Exploding Kittens! The app is pretty responsive and the game modes are really good. My only suggestion is that I wish there were an indicator to suggest that it's my turn (a continuous indicator in addition to "Your turn" pop up at the begging of my turn). Sometimes, I keep waiting for others to play but then I realize that it's my turn very late.

Great app! I've really enjoyed the card game and expansions with my friends, and I also enjoy the app! The play has changed slightly in the app, but I think that's advantageous given the new platform. I've played a few games online with no hiccups. Tons of fun, especially with sound effects and turn time limits! I also appreciate that the chat feature is limited to a selection of pre-programmed messages, as that limits trolling. (And allows for fun voice acting.)

This is a fun, shortened version of the card game. My 2 complaints are: 1. I wish when you play against the computer you had the option of playing more than 1 A.I. at a time. I know you could play multiple live people at a time but there's a waiting period for that which isn't worth it. 2. Maybe it's just my phone but when I'm trying to start a game (me vs. the A.I. ) I have to hit the start button multiple times before it finally works. And it doesn't matter which level I choose either.
